    摘要:

    在复杂薄壁零件增减材一体制造过程中,薄壁件材料的去除将改变其结构模态参数,常规动态响应分析往往忽略模态变化,导致在周期铣削力作用下预测的振动变形出现偏差。为此,本文基于矩阵摄动理论分析材料去除对于薄壁件模态参数的影响规律,获得了薄壁件加工过程的模态参数并与商业有限元软件仿真结果进行对比,实现了材料去除过程薄壁件模态参数的准确计算,为分析薄壁件加工振动变形提供理论基础。

    Abstract:

    In the manufacturing process of complex thin-walled parts, the removal of thin-walled materials will change the structural modal parameters. The conventional dynamic response analysis often ignores the modal changes, which leads to the deviation of the predicted vibration deformation under the action of periodic milling force. Therefore, based on the matrix perturbation theory, this paper analyzes the influence of material removal on the modal parameters of thin-walled parts, obtains the modal parameters of thin-walled parts processing, and compares with the simulation results of commercial finite element software, realizes the accurate calculation of modal parameters of thin-walled parts in the process of material removal, and provides a theoretical basis for analyzing the vibration deformation of thin-walled parts processing.
