    摘要:

    针对舰艇航行安全保障需求,综合运用了PDA、巡检条码识别和信息化管理等技术和手段设计开发了舰艇生命力电子巡检系统,并开展了功能设计、信息流设计、数据采集设计和使用设计。通过实现危险源登记、隐患故障登记、安全态势显示、数据分析、检索查看、条码打印、拍照录像和数据交互等功能,不仅可以及时有效发现舰艇事故隐患,而且能统计归纳得出舰艇事故规律,进而为舰艇装备安全的精细化、信息化管理提供有力支撑。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the support requirements of warship navigation safety, the ship survivability electronic inspection system is designed and developed by using technologies and means such as PDA, patrol barcode identification and information management comprehensively. The function design, information flow design, data acquisition design and use design are also carried out. The system functions consist of hazards registration, hidden fault registration, the safety situation display, data analysis, retrieve, view, barcode printing, photo video, data interaction and so on. Warship accidents not only can be found timely and effectively, but also the rules can be concluded. The research can provide strong support for the elaborating and informatization management of warship equipment security.
