    基于某艇推进需求,以喷水推进器设计工况为分析对象,采用CFD方法,研究了叶轮叶顶间隙、流道格栅密度、航行区域水深、双泵横向间距等工程应用因素对推进性能的影响。结果表明,较小的叶顶间隙可以更好的保证推进性能;过密格栅条会增加流道进水口阻尼作用,影响流道对喷泵的供流能力;航行区域水深太小时阻塞效应明显,推力下降比例较大;两泵轴间距对本喷水推进器的水力性能和推进性能的影响较小。以上结论为喷水推进器设计建造、安装与使用等提供合理依据。

    Abstract:

    Based on the propulsion requirements of a certain boat, taking the design conditions of the water jet propulsion as the analysis object, using the CFD method, the impact of engineering application factors such as the impeller tip clearance, the flow channel grid density, the water depth of the sailing area, and the lateral spacing of the double pumps on the propulsion performance is studied. Impact. The results show that a smaller tip clearance can better ensure the propulsion performance; too dense grid bars will increase the damping effect of the runner inlet and affect the flow channel's ability to supply the jet; the blocking effect is obvious when the water depth is too small in the sailing area , The thrust reduction ratio is relatively large; the distance between the two pump shafts has a small effect on the hydraulic performance and propulsion performance of the water jet. The above conclusions provide a reasonable basis for the design, construction, installation and use of water jets.
