    摘要:

    针对绿色造船技术发展对船舶分段清理除锈的工艺需求,研究船舶分段激光除锈工艺。应用100W光纤激光器对不同表面状况的船舶分段样品试件,开展了激光除锈试验,在表面处理效果、作业环境、作业效率和投资运营成本等方面,与传统的喷砂除锈作对比,分析了激光除锈效果及适用性。结果显示激光除锈技术应用于船舶分段除锈,具有能耗低、污染问题小、工人工作环境良好等优点。激光除锈应用于船舶分段的研究方向是正确的,为船舶分段除锈提供了一种新的方法。

    Abstract:

    The study of laser rust removal technology for shipping blocks is conducted to meet the technological requirements of green shipbuilding technology development for shipping blocks cleaning and rust removal. The 100w fiber laser is applied on laser rust removal test for shipping blocks with different surface conditions. In terms of surface treatment effect, operating environment, operating efficiency as well as investment and operating cost, this paper compares this fiber laser with the traditional sand blasting rust removal and analyses the effect and applicability of laser rust removal. The results show that laser rust removal technology in application has the advantages of low energy consumption, less pollution and good working environment. The research direction of laser rust removal technology applied to shipping blocks is correct, which provides a new method for shipping blocks rust removal.
