    针对船舶制造现场缺乏实时感知系统,船舶制造车间尚未构建数据传输到工位的通讯系统,为此围绕提升船舶智能制造水平,应用基于船舶车间的网络构建技术、数据采集及存储技术,对船舶车间人员物资,钢板、型材等中间产品标识、识别,船舶多型切割设备和船舶焊机设备进行研究,实现制造车间内部“人、机、料”的物物互联,达到数据采集的多源异构性、实时性,提高设备综合利用率和船厂管理水平。

    Abstract:

    In view of the lack of a real-time perception system at the shipbuilding site, the shipbuilding workshop has not yet constructed a communication system for data transmission to the workstation. Therefore, focusing on improving the intelligent manufacturing level of the shipbuilding industry, the shipbuilding workshop-based network construction technology, data collection and storage technology are applied. Personnel and materials for ship workshop,the identification of intermediate products such as steel plates and profiles in the ship workshop, multi-type cutting equipment for ships and ship welding equipment are carried out to realize the interconnection of "people, machines, and materials" in the manufacturing workshop, and achieve the multi-data collection. Source heterogeneity, real-time, improve comprehensive equipment utilization and shipyard management.
