    摘要:

    为了提高船厂对管子生产数据和质量数据的管控,基于船舶管加工工艺数据库系统应用的现状,提出构建船舶管加工工艺数据库系统。研究了管加工工艺数据库系统总体设计,梳理管加工的工艺流程,对管件族进行组立拆分,设计出大中小管件的管加工生产流水线。通过现场的实施和应用,工艺数据库系统能使管件BOM管理规范化和工时精细化,有效提高船厂生产效率,满足企业的预期要求。

    Abstract:

    Based on the application status of the ship pipe processing technology database system, it is proposed to build a ship pipe processing technology database system to improve the management and control of the pipe production data and quality data. The overall design of the pipe processing technology database system is studied, the technological process of pipe processing is sorted out, the pipe fitting family is assembled and split, and the pipe processing production line of large, medium and small pipe fittings is designed. Through the on-site implementation and application, it is found that the process database system can standardize the BOM management of pipe fittings and refine the working hours
