    摘要:

    为了解决造船厂传统钢板堆场堆放时所存在的粗放、滞后、管理不足等问题,设计了一种基于工业云的钢板堆场数字化管理系统。通过大数据、互联网以及物联网等技术手段,串联船厂中用于钢板管理的工业设备,达到合理高效的管理钢板。该系统具有稳定性、通用性、持续扩展性,为船厂的信息化建设提供了一种新的解决方案。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problems that extensive, lagging and insufficient management, which in the traditional steel stock yard of shipyard. This paper designs a digital management system of steel stock ,which based on Industrial Cloud. Through some technical means such as Big Data, Internet and Internet of Things, the industrial equipment used for steel plate management in the shipyard is connected in series to achieve reasonable and efficient in steel plate management. The system has stability, universality and continuous expansibility, which provides a new solution for the information construction of shipyard.
