    摘要:

    为检验某国产新型轴流式喷泵性能,开展了缩比模型泵台架试验,测量得到多个转速时流量阀最大开启状态、等转速时多个流量状态条件下试验泵的功率、扬程等数据。基于SST湍流模型封闭雷诺时均(RANS)方程,采用结构化网格离散计算域,计算得到实尺喷泵外特性曲线,经无量纲相似换算得到试验泵尺度下数据。在功率损失分析基础上,将试验值与计算值对比,结果表明:在1130~1760rpm转速范围内两者吻合较好,最大误差7.5%;等转速条件下扬程特性曲线趋势达成较好一致性。

    Abstract:

    In order to test the performance of a new axial-flow waterjet pump, a scaled model pump bench test was carried out. The maximum opening state of the flow valve at multiple speeds was measured, and the power of the test pump under multiple flow conditions at the same speed was measured. The Reynolds time-average equation (RANS) was closed based on the SST turbulence model, and the structured grid was used to discretize the calculation domain. The external characteristic curve of the full-scale waterjet pump was calculated, and the data at the test pump scale was obtained by non-dimensional similar conversion. Based on the power loss analysis, the test value was compared with the calculated value. The result shows that they are in good agreement within the speed range of 1130~1760rpm, with a maximum error of 7.5%; the trend of the head characteristic curve reaches a good agreement under the condition of equal speed.
