    摘要:

    随着海洋资源开发逐渐由近海向深海过渡,船用钢板需求逐渐向中厚度方向发展。对于占船舶和海洋工程装备制造30%~50%工时和成本的焊接技术的要求更加严格,所以船舶焊接技术成为了船舶制造业的发展的重中之重。本文从电弧焊技术、埋弧自动焊技术、气体保护焊技术、搅拌摩擦焊和激光焊接技术方面,对比了中厚度船用钢各焊接技术的加工特点、应用及研究现状,综合分析了中厚船用钢焊接的发展趋势。研究发现,基于船用钢材料本身的裂纹敏感性和焊接厚度的增加,导致在中厚度船用钢板焊接的实际生产中,不可避免出现焊缝裂纹、焊接接头残余应力大等问题。为实现中厚度船用钢焊接技术的自动、高效、绿色、可靠、智能等方向发展,需向激光复合焊技术发展。

    Abstract:

    As the Marine resources explores from offshore to the deep sea,the demand for ship steel gradually develops to medium thickness. Thus, the requirment of welding technology which account 30%-50% time and cost of ship and ocean engineering equipment manufacturing are more strict. And the high-efficiency, energy-saving and environmental ship welding technology has become the priority of the shipbuilding industry. In this paper, the processing characteristics, application and research status of various welding technologies medium thickness ship steel are compared. Meanwhile, their development trend are also comprehensive analysis in the aspects of arc welding technology, submerged arc automatic welding technology, gas shielded welding technology, friction stir welding technology and laser welding technology. The research shows that the weld cracks and high residual stress of welded joints are inevitable possess in the actual welding production of medium ship steel, because of the increasment of the crack sensitivity and thickness of ship steel materials. In order to realize the development of automatic, efficient, green, reliable and intelligent welding technology for medium thickness ship steel, laser composite welding technology should be developed
