    摘要:

    为研究螺旋桨直径削边各关键参数对桨振动特性的影响,开发了一款通用的螺旋桨直径削边振动分析软件。本软件利用有限元理论,基于QT平台结合MATLAB与ANSYS相关模块通过混合编程完成开发。基于该软件,开展了4382桨模态频率的数值预报,并与文献结果对比,其误差在6%以内,说明软件程序和计算结果是可信的。本软件为寻求船-机-桨匹配下水动力特性和振动特性最优的削边方案提供理论指导,体现了本软件在螺旋桨直径削边振动特性计算方面的实际价值。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the influence of the key parameters of the propeller diameter trimming on the vibration characteristics of the propeller, a general-purpose propeller diameter trimming vibration analysis software was developed. The software uses the finite element theory, based on the QT platform combined with MATLAB and ANSYS related modules to develop through mixed programming. Based on the software, a numerical prediction of 4382 propeller modal frequencies was carried out, and compared with the results of the literature, the error was within 6%, indicating that the software program and calculation results are credible. The software provides theoretical guidance for seeking the optimal diameter trimming scheme under ship-machine-propeller matching, and reflects the actual value of this software in the calculation of propeller diameter-cutting vibration characteristics.
