    摘要:

    为了提高船舶制造效率,优化船厂分段制造工艺,基于当前船舶行业分段制造的现状,提出基于Unity3D船舶分段制造仿真系统。通过分段模型装配详细介绍船舶分段制造仿真系统的功能特点,对分段制造过程的设计与实现进行了开发。结合开发的目的和使用对象,论述船舶分段制造仿真的设计思路,详细介绍系统的主要功能以及使用的开发平台和方法,总结此系统的设计亮点,为船舶分段制造仿真开发提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the shipbuilding efficiency and optimise the shipyard segment manufacturing process, the Unity3D-based ship segment manufacturing simulation system is proposed based on the current situation of segment manufacturing in the shipbuilding industry. The functional features of the ship segment manufacturing simulation system are introduced in detail through segment model assembly, and the design and implementation of the segment manufacturing process are developed. Combining the purpose of the development and the object of use, the design ideas of the ship segment manufacturing simulation are discussed, the main functions of the system as well as the development platform and methods used are introduced in detail, and the design highlights of this system are summarised to provide a reference for the development of the ship segment manufacturing simulation.
