    摘要:

    对传统造船厂钢板切割工场布局的不足做出分析,通过价值流图法(VSM)优化工序。结合邮轮生产线板材零件配送特点,以实现数字化造船为目标,采用“钢板切割中心”理念,拉动式批量生产模式为驱动策略,钢板库智能化、物流自动化、数控切割一体化、零件分拣柔性化为核心要领,充分应用自动化装备和信息技术。较传统切割工场,缩短了钢板下料周期,人均工效得以提高,作业环境更安全、环保。

    Abstract:

    This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the layout of the steel plate cutting workshop in the traditional shipyard, and optimizes the process by value stream Mapping (VSM). Combined with the distribution characteristics of plate parts of cruise production line, aiming at realizing digital shipbuilding, adopting the concept of "steel plate cutting center", the pull batch production mode as the driving strategy, the intellectualization of steel plate warehouse, logistics automation, integration of NC cutting and flexibility of parts sorting as the core essentials, and making full use of automation equipment and information technology. Compared with the traditional cutting workshop, the steel plate blanking cycle is shortened, the per capita work efficiency is improved, and the working environment is safer and environment-friendly.
