    【目的】管道支架应力的计算,直接关系到管道的安全性和成本控制,目前在工程问题中,对于支架强度的计算往往只考虑单个支架受管道荷载的强度问题,而忽略了支架—管道—支架间的整体相互作用。【方法】本文通过CAESARⅡ管道应力分析软件提取某深水通用型FPSO消防水部分直管段各支架荷载数据,通过ANSYS Static Structural模块,分别对在受力相同情况下单支架支撑、管路与支架整体相互作用支撑以及在相同支撑形式下不同受力情况的强度问题进行了计算与分析。【结果和结论】当仅考虑单支架支撑时,管段支架最大应力为64.72Mpa,最大变形为0.405mm;当考虑支架—管道—支架系统的相互作用时,考虑相邻两支架支撑,管段支架最大应力为31.08Mpa,最大变形为0.060mm,考虑相邻三支架支撑,管段支架最大应力为35.14Mpa,最大变形为0.071mm。此外,不同支撑形式算例下管路系统中所包含的支架的最大应力和变形与受力情况有关,但整体而言在考虑管路与支架相互影响情况下支架的最大应力和变形与受力是降低的。表明传统的仅考虑单支架受力的强度计算方式相较于工程实际偏于保守,在实际工程中对于管道的强度分析,应该综合考虑支架与管路的整体性。

    Abstract:

    【Purpose]】The calculation of pipe support stress is directly related to the safety and cost control of the pipeline. At present, in engineering problems, the calculation of support strength often only considers the strength of a single support under the pipeline load, and ignores the overall interaction between the support pipe support. 【Methods]】In this paper, the load data of each support in the straight pipe section of a deep-water general-purpose FPSO fire water part are extracted by the Caesar Ⅱ pipeline stress analysis software. Through the ANSYS static structural module, the strength problems of single support support under the same stress, the overall interaction support between pipeline and support, and different stress conditions under the same support form are calculated and analyzed respectively. 【Results and Conclusion】 When only single support is considered, the maximum stress of pipe support is 64.72mpa and the maximum deformation is 0.405mm; When considering the interaction of support pipe support system, considering the support of two adjacent supports, the maximum stress of the pipe section support is 31.08mpa and the maximum deformation is 0.060mm; considering the support of three adjacent supports, the maximum stress of the pipe section support is 35.14mpa and the maximum deformation is 0.071mm. In addition, the maximum stress and deformation of the support included in the pipeline system under different support forms are related to the stress conditions, but on the whole, the maximum stress, deformation and stress of the support are reduced when considering the interaction between the pipeline and the support. It shows that the traditional strength calculation method which only considers the stress of a single support is conservative compared with the actual engineering. In the actual engineering, the integrity of the support and the pipeline should be comprehensively considered for the strength analysis of the pipeline.
