    摘要:

    【目的】目前海上采油平台的废气处理装置主要是火炬塔架以及火炬塔筒体,这些装置的工作环境极端恶劣,对装置的结构强度设计要求较高。【方法】针对火炬筒体高耸结构物构件强度设计问题,采用ANSYS软件中静力学模块对某海洋平台上废气处理装置单个火炬塔筒和多个火炬塔筒进行静力分析,得到不同工况下产生的结构应力值和变形值。【结果和结论】结果表明,单个火炬塔筒能承受的最大压力载荷大于三个火炬塔筒能承受的最大压力载荷。火炬塔筒的分析方法与结果对后期石油化工废气处理装置的设计及安装具有一定的指导意义。

    Abstract:

    At present, the waste gas treatment device of offshore oil production platform is mainly torch tower and torch tower cylinder. These devices work in extremely bad environment and have high requirements on the structural strength design of the device. In this thesis, aiming at the strength design problem of soaring structure component of torch tube, the static analysis of single torch tower and multiple torch tower of waste gas treatment device on an offshore platform is carried out by using the static module of ANSYS software, and the structural stress and deformation values generated under different working conditions are obtained. The results show that the maximum pressure load of single torch tower tube is larger than that of three torch tower tubes. The analysis method and results in this paper have a certain guiding significance for the design and installation of petrochemical waste gas treatment device.
