    摘要:

    针对海洋工程装备调试管理过程中存在的人工管理粗放、申请审批时间长、信息不共享等问题,设计并开发了基于SQL server数据库的海洋工程装备调试管理系统,将调试阶段各环节纳入信息化系统管理,在系统中完成调试数据统一处理、线上审批、进度控制、意见跟踪,提高调试管理的信息化水平。通过调试管理系统的应用减少人力成本,保证数据安全及传递效率,缩短调试工期。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems of extensive manual management, long application approval time, and non sharing of information in the process of offshore engineering equipment commissioning management, the offshore engineering equipment commissioning management system based on SQL server database is designed and developed. All links in the commissioning stage are included in the information system management, and the unified processing of commissioning data, online approval, progress control, and opinion tracking are completed in the system to improve the informatization level of commissioning management. The application of the commissioning management system can reduce the human cost, ensure the data security and transmission efficiency, and shorten the commissioning period.
