    摘要:

    为改变A船厂分段钢材切割采用“整切整送”生产模式,造成了零件缓存量大、存放周期长,耗费场地资源并影响切割零件的理料集配效率的情况。本文探讨了以后道需求拉动下的零件分批分道切割划分原则,结合场地布置及设备加工特性,建立基于钢材集配、切割需求的设计套料策略。通过工程应用表明,该方案有效提升零件理料与集配效率、缩短零件存放周期、提高场地利用率,为船厂钢材切割的精益化管理提供有力支撑。

    Abstract:

    In order to change the "overall cut and overall feed" production mode for the block steel cutting which will results in large spare parts inventory and long storage cycle, wasting site resources and affecting the efficiency of cut parts material sorting and distribution in shipyard A, this paper discusses the principle of parts’ cutting batch and lane division under the pull of the later lanes’ demand, and establishes the design nesting strategy, combining with site layout and equipment processing characteristics based on the requirements of steel assembly and cutting. The engineering application shows that the scheme can effectively improve the efficiency of parts sorting and assembly, shorten the parts storage cycle, improve the utilization rate of the site, and provide strong support for the lean management of steel cutting in the shipyard.
