    为便于准确计算上层建筑吊装强度,利用 MSC.Patran/Nastran 软件对 175000DWT 散货船上层建筑及起吊工装建立有限元模型,采用含起吊工装的有限元模拟分析方法计算上层建筑在吊装过程中的结构响应。通过与直接约束加载法和惯性释放法两种有限元分析方法进行对比研究,比较了三种有限元分析方法计算得出的结构应力、变形和吊点反力情况,分析含起吊工装有限元模拟分析方法的准确性。研究结果表明,含起吊工装有限元模拟分析法能够同时对结构应力、变形和吊点反力较为准确地计算,优于直接约束加载法和惯性释放法,含起吊工装有限元分析法对上层建筑吊装强度和吊装方案的评估具有一定的工程价值。

    Abstract:

    In order to calculate the strength of superstructure during lifting process accurately, the finite element model of the superstructure of 175,000DWT bulk carrier and lifting tools are established by MSC.Patran/Nastran software. Then the structural response of the superstructure during lifting process is calculated with finite element method. The stress, deformation and reaction forces of lifting points are compared with those results calculated by direct constraint method and inertial relief method. The accuracy of the finite element method of superstructure with lifting tools is analyzed. The results show that the stress, deformation and reaction forces of lifting points can be calculated accurately at the same time with finite element method of superstructure with lifting tools, which is superior to the direct constraint method and the inertia relief method. The finite element method of superstructure with lifting tools has a certain engineering value for the assessment of superstructure strength during lifting process.
