    摘要:

    随着智能制造在船舶企业的广泛应用,国内某大型船厂的薄板车间作为全国最先进的船舶分段制造车间之一,其生产数据量也随时间不断增加,为薄板车间的数据治理带来了越来越严峻的挑战。本文基于边缘侧计算、工艺数据可视化和交互式报表等技术,提出了一种薄板车间工业数据治理与可视化应用方案。该方案的应用能够有效地提高数据质量和生产效率,为智能制造的发展提供了有力的支持。

    Abstract:

    With the wide application of intelligent manufacturing in ship enterprises, the thin production line of a large shipyard in China, as one of the most advanced ship section manufacturing workshops in the country, also has an increasing amount of production data over time, which brings more and more severe challenges to the data management of thin production line. Based on the technology of edge side calculation, process data visualization and interactive report, this paper presents an application scheme of industrial data management and visualization in thin production line. The application of this scheme can effectively improve the data quality and production efficiency, which provides a strong support for the development of intelligent manufacturing.
