    摘要:

    随着我国海洋环境保护相关规范的进一步加强,油田开发将绿色环保、节能减排的理念始终贯穿于前期研究的全过程。为改善海上平台的生活作业环境,研究应用湿式水洗脱硫除尘技术,同时优化后处理系统设计方案,包括采取烟管垂直布置、优化燃油处理系统,控制燃油含水率、控制机组运行负荷率的综合治理技术,有利于降低原油发电机组的硫化物和固体颗粒物排放浓度,减轻环境影响,同时形成海上平台原油发电机组排烟综合治理技术储备,促进实现油田绿色开发可持续性发展。

    Abstract:

    With the further strengthening of the relevant norms of Marine environmental protection in China, the concept of green environmental protection, energy saving and emission reduction has been running through the whole process of the preliminary research in oilfield development.In order to improve the living and operating environment of offshore platforms, the wet water desulfurization and dust removal technology is researched and applied. Meanwhile the design scheme of the post-processing system has been optimized, including the vertical arrangement of fume pipes, the optimization of the fuel oil treatment system, the comprehensive treatment technology of the control of fuel moisture content , and the control of the operating load rate of the crude oil generator set, which is conducive to reducing the emission concentration of sulfide and solid particulate matter of the crude oil generator set. Thereby reducing the environmental impact, and at the same time the formation of offshore platform crude oil generator unit smoke comprehensive treatment technology reserve, to promote the realization of green development and sustainable development of oil fields.
