    摘要:

    基于常规浮船坞一般为固定坞墙设计型式,在码头通过沉浮方式来实现船舶进坞的现状,提出一种横向进坞方式的新型浮船坞。通过将浮船坞一舷坞墙设计成可拆式活动坞墙,活动坞墙通过内、外两侧销轴式固定装置与浮箱甲板连接固定;并通过活动坞墙密封圈,使活动坞墙与浮箱压载井联通形成整体压载舱;同时在浮箱甲板坞宽方向铺设方钢轨道,当浮船坞通过刚性系泊系统整体系固后,将活动坞墙吊离,搭载轨道连接梁,使浮箱甲板轨道与码头轨道对位连接,通过引船小车牵引实现船舶横向移动进坞。该设计方案浮船坞已交付投入使用,横向上船的设计功能得到了实际操作验证。结果证明该横向上船的设计方案是有效可行的,可为此类横向上船方式设计提供参考价值。

    Abstract:

    A side transfer design method is proposed to solve the problem that docking is achieved by floating and sinking methods. Design the starboard wing walls as removable, secure the removable wing walls to pontoon deck with easy operated pin type device, and connect the wing walls with the ballast tanks in pontoon area by the rubber-seals. Arrange the square railways on pontoon deck along the transverse direction of the floating deck, lift away the removable wing wall before the vessels be transferred into the dock transversely, and adjust the railways on pontoon deck in line with the railways on the shore by rigidity mooring system and the railway connecting bridges, then transfer the vessels into the floating dock transversely by translation cars. The design floating docks has been delivered and the side transfer has been also put into service successfully. The design method is effective for side transfer, which can provide some references for the other side transfer design of this kind of floating docks.
