    绞吸式挖泥船是在漂浮状态下进行作业,作业过程受载荷影响比较明显。针对绞吸式挖泥船在工作中受到载荷的复杂特点,以某绞吸式挖泥船为研究对象,采用CFD数值模拟对绞吸式挖泥船风载荷、流载荷进行分析,得到无因次的风载荷系数和流载荷系数,总结了绞吸式挖泥船风载荷和流载荷的规律。本文CFD数值模拟是在网格无关性验证基础上进行的,具有一定的可信度,本文工作可为绞吸式挖泥船系泊分析、作业过程安全性分析提供一定参考。

    Abstract:

    Cutter suction dredger usually works in floating state, and the working process is affected by loads obviously. The loads on cutter suction dredger are complicated during operation process. A cutter suction dredger is taken as research object, the wind and current load of cutter suction dredger are analyzed by using CFD numerical simulation, the dimensionless wind and current load coefficients are obtained, and the characteristics of the wind and current load of cutter suction dredger are summarized. The CFD simulation is processed based on mesh convergence test, so the validity can be assured. This work can be used for mooring analysis and operation safety analysis of cutter suction dredger.
