    摘要:

    随着国际海事组织对船舶能效设计指数的进一步要求,绿色船舶成为未来发展的主流。其中,风能作为公认的清洁可再生能源,在人类航海史上曾经起过不可替代的作用。为进一步推动风帆助推船舶的应用,建立和保持我国在风帆助推船舶领域国际前沿和领先的技术能力,针对国内外风帆助推船舶发展的现状与特点,结合技术性能、节能减排、营运经济和安全管理四项一级指标展开风帆助推船舶发展对标分析。总结国内外风帆助推船舶行业发展的差异性。在此基础上重点阐述我国风帆助推船舶发展SWOT分析,从规范制定、技术创新、合作交流等方面总结发展展望。

    Abstract:

    With the further requirements of the International Maritime Organization on the energy efficiency design index of ships, green ships have become the mainstream of future development. Among them, wind energy, as a recognized clean and renewable energy source, has played an irreplaceable role in the history of human navigation. In order to further promote the application of sail-assisted ships, establish and maintain China's international frontier and leading technological capability in the field of sail-assisted ships, the development of sail-assisted ships at home and abroad is analyzed by combining the four first-level indexes of technological performance, energy saving and emission reduction, operation economy and safety management. Summarize the differences between the development of domestic and foreign sail-assisted ship industry. On this basis, it focuses on the SWOT analysis of the development of sail-assisted ships in China, and summarizes the development outlook from the aspects of standardization, technological innovation, cooperation and exchange.
