    目前国内先桩法四桩导向架可进行水深30米以内桩基施工作业,为解决水深45米以内风电桩基施工的问题,本文设计研发一种“深海风电桩基安装用高效水下导向架”。该装备的研发采用有限元法与实验相结合的方法,从结构强度与稳定性、打桩精度与高效性方面对导向架进行了综合研究。通过此技术突破,可以有效解决45米以内深水打桩作业可靠性差、精度低等问题,大大提高桩基施工作业速度和作业质量。

    Abstract:

    At present, the four pile guide frame of the first pile method in China can be used for pile foundation construction operations within a water depth of 30 meters. To solve the problem of wind power pile foundation construction within a water depth of 45 meters, this article designs and develops a "high-efficiency underwater guide frame for deep-sea wind power pile foundation installation". The research and development of this equipment adopted a combination of finite element method and experimental methods, and conducted comprehensive research on the guide frame from the aspects of structural strength and stability, pile driving accuracy and efficiency. Through this technological breakthrough, problems such as poor reliability and low accuracy in deep water pile driving operations within 45 meters can be effectively solved, greatly improving the speed and quality of pile foundation construction operations.
