    摘要:

    噪声影响邮轮的舒适性,降噪技术是控制噪声的有效方法。邮轮舱室模型试验研究了降噪技术的成效。以真实邮轮舱室为对象,建立了完整的二层二居舱室的邮轮模型。设计了两种降噪技术:粘弹性阻尼+钢片、和粘弹性阻尼+钢片+矿物棉组合型及对应的敷设工艺。依据规范测量了噪声试验模型的舱室和走廊的隔声量。结果表明采用的阻尼型、和阻尼型+矿物棉组合的舱室噪声均达到了规范45dB以下的要求,且隔声量在频率高于160Hz以均达到了30 dB以上,表明了所采用的阻尼型和阻尼+矿物棉组合型材料和敷设工艺在邮轮舱室噪声控制中的适用性。

    Abstract:

    Noise affects the cruise comfort. The noise control technology is an effective to denoise. Experiment on cruise compartment is utilized to study the effectivity of denoise technology. An actual cruise compartment with two decks accommodating two rooms is established and two types of denoise materials and corresponding process are designed: the damper + steel tile, and damper + steel tile + Mineral wool. The noise measurements on established noise experimental model are conducted following the terms in rules. The measurement results show that the noises under two types denoise materials are below 45 dB which meets the requirement of rules, and that the sound insulation is above 30 dB when the frequencies are above 160 Hz, validating the adopted noise control technologies.
