    摘要:

    针对船用C型LNG储罐在横倾工况下的各部件结构强度问题,以18m3 船用C型LNG储罐为例,应用SolidWorks建模,Ansys仿真软件建立了有限元分析模型,并参照CCS规范,设定了横倾工况相应的载荷边界条件并进行仿真计算,具体分析了罐体应力集中区域,并评估了横倾工况不同度数下储罐各部件的应力强度。结果表明:罐体应力强度最大值出现在内罐体封头处,并且各个部件的应力强度均在许用值内,为相关船舶LNG燃料储罐结构设计提供参考。

    Abstract:

    The structural strength of marine c-type LNG storage tanks under static transverse tilting condition is addressed in this paper,takes 18m3 marine C-type LNG storage tank as an example, applies SolidWorks modeling, establishes finite element analysis model by Ansys simulation software, and refers to CCS specification, sets the corresponding load boundary conditions under static and transverse tilting condition and carries out simulation calculations, specifically analyzes the stress concentration area of the tank body, and evaluates the stress strengths of each component of the tank in different degrees of static and transverse tilting condition. The results show that the maximum stress intensity of the tank occurs at the head of the inner tank, and the stress intensity of each component is within the permissible value, which provides a reference for the structural design of LNG fuel tanks on related ships.
