    总装垫墩是FPSO上部模块在整个建造过程中的重要支撑构件,总装垫墩设置在模块的组合梁下翼缘与场地之间,承受着建造及调试过程中的各种荷载,其成功设计对于模块建造的安全发挥着极其关键的作用。基于某大型FPSO建造项目的详细设计资料,首先使用SACS软件计算得到某FPSO上部模块各轴线位置处的预期支反力,后续将其作为参考值对总装垫墩承载能力是否能够满足需求进行校核;采用ANSYS有限元软件进行建模计算分析,得到不同类型的总装垫墩在许用应力允许范围之内的最大承载能力,并与预期支反力进行对比分析。结果表明:两种不同类型的总装垫墩的承载能力均能满足建造阶段使用要求,同时对地压力也均在地基承载力的允许范围之内。

    Abstract:

    The assembly support is an important supporting component in the whole construction process of the upper module of FPSO. The assembly support is set between the lower flange of the beams and site. It bears various loads in the construction and commissioning process, and it’s successful design plays an extremely critical role in the safety of the construction for topside module. Based on the detail design date of a large FPSO construction project, use SACS software to calculate the expected reaction force at each axis position of the topside modules of FPSO, and use it as a reference value to check whether the load-bearing capacity of the final assembly support can meet the requirements during construction. Then ANSYS software is used for modeling calculation and analysis, and the maximum bearing capacity of different types of assembly support is obtained within the allowable range of stress, and the expected support and reaction force are compared and analyzed. The result shows that the bearing capacity of the two different types of assembly support can meet the requirements of the construction stage, and the ground pressure is also with the allowable range of the foundation bearing capacity.
