    摘要:

    为提升船舶涂装数字化应用,满足舱室涂装面积精度要求,缩短设计时间,基于AVEVA Marine软件提供的二次开发功能,运用C#高级编程语言和面积计算方法,在涂装设计阶段实现不同舱室涂装模型可视化,提升软件的交互性;利用可视化模型计算有效面积,实现更加快速、精准的涂装面积计算功能。通过船舶数字化设计应用,减少人工工作量,提升涂装设计工作效率和后续涂料的准确性。

    Abstract:

    In order to enhance the application of digital ship painting design,meet the accuracy requirements of cabin painting area, and shorten the design time, based on the secondary development functions provided by AVEVA Marine software, utilizing the high-level programming language C# and area calculation methods, painting models’ visualization of different cabin is realized during the painting design stage, thereby enhancing the software’ interactivity. By using the visualized models to calculate the effective area, a faster and more accurate painting area calculation function can be realized. Through the application of digital ship design, the manual workload is reduced, the efficiency of painting design and the accuracy of subsequent coatings are improved.
