Abstract:According to the working principle of the wave compensation system of trailing suction hopper dredger, the engineering practical calculation method for determining the system hydraulic pressure is proposed, and the fluctuation of system pressure when the piston rod is extended or retracted is studied based on the quasi-static assumption. The sensitivity of volume parameters of accumulator disposed in the system is analyzed, the research shows that the accumulator volume is suitable to be 10 times the stroke volume of hydraulic cylinder piston. The proposed calculation method and research conclusion can be used to guide the reasonable setting of hydraulic working pressure of drag head wave compensation system in the dredging project, and can also provide reference for the research of passive wave compensation device.
