    摘要:

    针对船舶制造现场工作环境较为复杂和船体曲板为大尺度板的情况,提出基于结构光辅助扫描的计算机双目视觉测量方法。使用张正友标定法计算摄像机的内部参数和外部参数,在图像中根据颜色空间和形态学处理初步提取激光线,根据基于海森(Hessian)矩阵的Steger算法得到亚像素级的激光中心线,根据极线匹配方法计算激光点坐标并根据二阶偏导数筛选边缘点。该非接触测量方法精度较高、适用性较好,可满足船舶制造的曲板检测要求。

    Abstract:

    In view of the complex working environment of shipbuilding site and the large scale of hull curved plate, a computer binocular vision measurement method based on the structured light assisted scanning is proposed. ZHANG Zhengyou calibration method is used to calculate the internal and external parameters of the camera, the laser lines are preliminary extracted in the image according to the color space and morphology processing, the sub-pixel laser center lines are obtained according to Steger algorithm based on Hessian matrix, the coordinates of laser points are calculated according to the polar line matching method, and the edge points are screened according to the second-order partial derivatives. The non-contact measurement method is of high accuracy and good applicability, which can meet the testing requirements for the curved plate in the shipbuilding.
