Abstract:According to the actual circumstances and risk control requirements of the product, combined with the structural characteristics of large thin deck block, lifting capacity of gantry crane, and hanging lug layout and strengthening scheme, the finite element model is established. The numerical simulation technology is used to simulate the lifting process of hanging row, hanging lug, and block, and to predict the stress distribution and deformation of the structure. According to the forecast results, the lifting and strengthening schemes are optimized reasonably, which can provide certain guidance for the design and calculation simulation of lifting schemes for similar structures in the future.
