    摘要:

    双相不锈钢化学品船的货舱壁采用双相不锈钢材质,可直接接触装载的化学品,货舱内壁无须进行涂装施工,但货舱外壁作为如压载水舱等其他舱室的舱壁,需要进行涂装施工。不锈钢原则上不能使用工厂常规使用的钢砂进行表面处理,为避免污染不锈钢板,须选用棕刚玉等非金属磨料。在制订38 000 DWT双相不锈钢化学品船压载水舱涂装工艺过程中,结合船厂的实际施工条件,兼顾建造成本,将压载水舱按照材质构成进行划分,针对不同情况进行表面处理和涂装施工,保证该船建造的顺利开展。

    Abstract:

    The cargo bulkhead of two-phase stainless steel chemical tanker is made of two-phase stainless steel, which can directly contact the loaded chemicals. The inner cargo bulkhead does not need to perform the painting construction, but the outer cargo bulkhead as the bulkhead for other compartments such as ballast water tank needs to do. In principle, the stainless steel can not be given the surface treatment with the steel grit commonly used in factories. In order to avoid the pollution of stainless steel plate, it is necessary to select the brown corundum and other nonmetallic abrasives. During formulating the painting technology of ballast water tank in 38 000 DWT two-phase stainless steel chemical tanker, combined with the actual construction conditions of the shipyard and the construction cost, the ballast water tank is divided according to the material composition to give the surface treatment and perform the painting construction in terms of different conditions, which ensures the smooth development of ship construction.
