    以规划设计阶段的某型号挖掘机动臂焊接生产线为例,研究离散事件仿真平台Plant Simulation在挖掘机动臂焊接生产线物料配送方案设计中的应用。挖掘机动臂焊接生产线采用有轨制导车(Rail Guided Vehicle,RGV)作为输送单元。分析生产线的调度控制策略,按随机作业、行驶距离最短和等待时间最短设计3种RGV物料配送方案,并对方案进行建模仿真。分别以产量最大化和工位负荷均衡为目标,分析不同优化目标下的最优物料配送方案,优化后的年产量提高475个且各工位负荷均衡,可为企业智能化生产线物料配送方案的选择和建设提供理论依据和科学指导。

    Abstract:

    Taken a type of welding production line of excavator boom in the planning and design stage as an example, the application of discrete event simulation platform Plant Simulation in the scheme design of material distribution for welding production line of excavator boom is studied. The Rail Guided Vehicle (RGV) is used as the conveying unit in the welding production line of excavator boom. The scheduling control strategy of production line is analyzed, three RGV material distribution schemes are designed according to random operation, shortest driving distance and shortest waiting time, and the schemes are modeled and simulated. With the output maximization and work station load balancing as the goals, the optimal material distribution schemes under different optimization goals are analyzed, and the optimized annual output increases 475 and each work station keeps the load balancing, which can provide theoretical basis and scientific guidance for the enterprise in the selection and construction of material distribution scheme for intelligent production line.
